📋 Description

• Support and help scale accounting activities in support of company growth • Play a key role in the month-end close process by owning assigned close areas • Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations • Assist with fluctuation analysis and other analyses to enhance financial reporting controls • Maintain and strengthen internal controls over financial reporting • Document processes and ensure consistent, repeatable execution across the close cycle • Partner with FP&A, AP, Payroll, International Accounting, and Tax teams to ensure accurate and timely close • Assist with external and statutory audit requests • Support ad hoc projects, including system implementations, process improvements, and integration of acquired entities • Identify opportunities to improve close efficiency, accuracy, and scalability

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting • Minimum of four (4) years’ accounting experience in a combined corporate environment and large public accounting firm • At least one year of experience within a corporate accounting team working on month-end close • Demonstrated experience owning full-cycle close processes • CPA or CPA candidate • Strong technical and analytical skills, including knowledge of US GAAP • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and lookups • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information • Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Experience with NetSuite or a similar large ERP • Experience with close management software such as FloQast or BlackLine • Experience in the Technology/SaaS industry is a plus • Candidates are required to complete a comprehensive criminal background check, verification of education, and verification of employment upon conditional offer
