📋 Description
• Conduct surveillance on Liability and Work Comp Insurance claims • Travel to different locations for investigations, including driving, walking, or using public transportation • Maintain visual focus during extended surveillance activities • Navigate urban, rural, and indoor environments • Review and dissect comprehensive reports and Police reports • Write detailed surveillance reports to Company Standards • Review video to properly prepare reports • Covertly document subjects without being detected • Search, locate, and utilize Social Media throughout the investigative process • React quickly and use good judgment in surveillance scenarios • Apply investigative judgment and creative problem-solving to Workers’ Compensation and Liability claims through surveillance and factual data collection
🎯 Requirements
• Must be 18 years of age, unless otherwise stated by State Licensure Laws • Associate degree or comparable field experience preferred • Must pass background check • Must pass a clean driving record check • Must be willing to obtain investigator licensing within your home state • Diligence • Ability to conduct surveillance for prolonged periods, including sitting up to 12 hours per day • Ability to travel to investigation locations using driving, walking, or public transportation • Ability to review and dissect comprehensive and Police reports • Ability to write detailed surveillance reports to Company Standards • Ability to review video for report preparation • Ability to covertly document subjects without detection • Ability to search, locate, and use social media in investigations • Ability to react quickly and exercise good judgment • Knowledge of pretexting preferred • Ability to think outside the box
