📋 Description

• Conduct surveillance on Liability and Work Comp Insurance claims • Remain in vehicles or other stationary positions during surveillance for prolonged periods, up to 12 hours per day • Travel to different investigation locations by driving, walking, or public transportation • Maintain visual focus during extended surveillance activities • Navigate urban, rural, and indoor environments • Review and dissect comprehensive reports and Police reports • Write detailed surveillance reports to Company Standards • Review video to properly prepare reports • Covertly document subjects without being detected • Search, locate, and utilize Social Media throughout investigations • React quickly and use good judgement during surveillance scenarios • Apply investigative reasoning and think outside the box

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age, unless otherwise stated by State Licensure Laws • Associate degree or comparable field experience preferred • Must pass background check • Must pass a clean driving record check • Must be willing to obtain investigator licensing within your home state • Diligent • Ability to sit in a vehicle or stationary position for up to 12 hours per day • Ability to travel to investigation locations using driving, walking, or public transportation • Ability to navigate urban, rural, and indoor environments • Ability to review and dissect comprehensive reports and Police reports • Ability to write detailed surveillance reports to Company Standards • Ability to review video for report preparation • Ability to covertly document a subject without detection • Ability to search, locate, and utilize Social Media • Ability to react quickly and use good judgement • Knowledge of pretexting preferable
