📋 Description

• Collect and assess customer requirements for network, software application, environment information, and custom requirements • Facilitate discovery meetings with customers and internal Deluxe resources and develop and review the Requirements Document (RD) • Lead or support Statement of Work (SOW) creation to accurately capture client requirements and produce estimates within 10% of actual costs, excluding scope changes • Create the RD for the complete defined solution, defining configuration, modification, and deployment of Deluxe-proposed solutions • Modify documentation throughout the discovery process • Define documentation requirements for each engagement for the project team and client • Include necessary custom documentation effort in work estimates and acquire client signoff as appropriate • Organize and facilitate transition meetings with the implementation team to review product setup requirements and ensure solution understanding • Continue serving in a QA role to ensure solutions are delivered in accordance with the RD • Act as liaison between customers/clients and technical and administrative staff • Communicate concerns to the Project Manager, PS leadership, and other stakeholders • Support the project team in understanding and updating business requirements throughout the project lifecycle • Lead development and facilitation of test planning

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Business Analytics or Technical Writing and 3 years’ experience, or HS/GED and 7 years’ experience working in multiple financial and/or remittance check processing systems • Two or more years leading discovery for financial technology projects • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Must be 18 years of age or older • Experience leading discovery, gathering, analyzing, and documenting client requirements for complex multi-solution financial services/product solutions • Experience handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Experience facilitating client meetings to gather business and technical requirements • Experience in technical writing and creating client-facing business documentation • Experience providing status reports to senior management • Experience acting as a liaison between business and IT groups • Effective communication and leadership skills • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • CBAP certification preferred • This role is not permitted to be filled in Alaska, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Idaho, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Montana, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Dakota, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia, and Wyoming
