📋 Description

• Provide technical customer service to external customers for Deluxe software • Monitor the support ticketing system and application group queue for incoming support issues • Take tickets from the application group queue within defined SLA guidelines • Use appropriate Action ID Codes and document customer interactions, actions taken, current status, and next steps throughout the ticket lifecycle • Keep stakeholders and customers updated according to follow-up SLA guidelines • Meet designated utilization goals and satisfactory performance across Follow-Up Compliance, First Call Resolution, Direct Transfer Rate, Over-90 inventory, and Mean Time To Resolve • Handle incoming client cases and work them to resolution within defined product-support guidelines • Participate in conference calls, meetings, and collaborative engagements focused on client issues and case resolution • Seek training opportunities to expand product knowledge • Work independently while developing comprehensive knowledge of Deluxe software

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of Help Desk and/or customer service experience • 1+ year of scripting experience to include SQL, Progress, Powershell, etc. • 1+ year of Basic PC Troubleshooting and/or Repair • 1+ year of Microsoft Office suite • Document Creation • Must be 18 years of age or older • Preferred: Image RPS • Preferred: Banking, lockbox, remittance or related financial Service experience • Preferred: Bachelors or Associates degree in IT or related field • Preferred: Background in programming • Preferred: Windows OS • Preferred: 1+ year of Workstation OS- 10,7 • Preferred: 1+ year of Server OS • Preferred: Networking • Preferred: 1+ year of TCP/IP/DNS • Preferred: Antivirus experience, including Managed Antivirus, CrowdStrike, or Carbon Black
