📋 Description

• Maintain client satisfaction by ensuring exceptional service and creating value for clients • Maintain daily contact with clients and internal subject-matter experts • Serve as a key resource on client teams • Ensure the quality of client deliverables across various Merkle business units • Execute clients' marketing strategies day to day • Coordinate disparate pieces of work to deliver high-quality work on budget and on time • Serve as the key point person for internal and client deliverables, tactical delivery, and account status • Ensure marketing and support activities are executed in a timely and efficient manner • Lead status calls and manage campaign traffic and resource capacity

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • 3–5 years of experience in client services/account management in an advertising agency, marketing company, or client-side marketing department • Working knowledge of online and offline creative development and production • Working knowledge of digital marketing • Working knowledge of multi-channel/integrated marketing • Experience managing large, complex email initiatives • Operations management experience, including leading status calls and traffic management of campaigns and resource capacity • Relationship/client management experience • Accountability, attention to detail, decisiveness, and strong work ethic • Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-changing environment • Ability to think operationally and strategically, analyze issues, and use sound judgment • Experience with marketing automation or customer engagement platforms • Hands-on experience with Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
