📋 Description

• Deliver analysis aligned with client business objectives, goals, and performance targets • Contribute to development of intelligent data platforms for a top-tier global organization • Work closely with client leaders to understand business problems and consult on data-driven solutions • Build complex data pipelines to process very large datasets across hundreds of features and deliver actionable insights at scale • Conduct A/B testing and customer journey analytics • Develop intuitive data stories aligned with strategic goals to drive business growth and enhance digital customer experience • Code custom packages, pipelines, testing and auditing frameworks using Python and SQL • Research and build algorithms using baseline, ensemble, and deep learning techniques • Scope work effort and develop plans involving a global team • Mentor, coach and guide junior team members • Support team engagement and performance management, including performance reviews and constructive feedback • Consult on data strategies and own their execution when needed • Improve analyst efficiency and automate common requests • Participate in business development initiatives, including building proposals for new projects

🎯 Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of experience across software development, analytics and consulting services • Great programming fundamentals • High proficiency in modelling using Python • Proficiency in complex querying, joining, and manipulating raw datasets for analysis using SQL • Excellent written, oral presentation and data story-telling skills; this role is heavily client-facing • Proficiency in Tableau (or PowerBI / Spotfire / Looker) • Good understanding of Business finance • Strong problem solving and consulting skills • Detail oriented with the right balance in quality and speed of delivery • Bachelor’s in computer science (preferred) or any other engineering; advanced degree preferred
