📋 Description

• Travel to automotive customers to perform minor paint touch-ups through full surface repairs using advanced spray equipment and proven techniques • Prepare, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces • Work independently at partner locations, including dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions • Deliver fast, high-quality repair results that exceed customer expectations • Manage the workday independently without micromanagement • Participate in ongoing training, including color matching systems and industry certifications

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience • Self-motivation, grit, and a strong work ethic • Strong attention to detail and color accuracy • Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset • Detail-oriented with a passion for quality and precision • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions • Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks • Ability to work independently • Valid driver’s license and a good driving record • Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 lbs • Ability to wear appropriate respiratory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) • Successful completion of post-offer, pre-employment screening, as applicable, including physical examination, vision assessment, background check, and drug screening
