📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams • Lead and mentor the creative team and foster a collaborative, optimistic, and proactive culture • Inspire internal teams and clients with fresh, insightful creative perspectives • Define and implement design strategies and set visual and conceptual standards across websites, branding, UX, and content • Generate strategic insights and moodboards to facilitate creative innovation • Drive complex digital projects from kick-off to completion, ensuring deliverables exceed client expectations and remain within budget and deadlines • Establish project direction, craft guidelines, and assist with production as needed • Identify key client decision-makers and build and maintain client relationships • Collaborate across internal departments and external stakeholders to achieve desired results • Contribute to the design discipline through mentoring, conversation, and process improvement ideas • Execute the overarching creative and design strategy in alignment with organizational short- and long-term goals

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in design and interactive work for leading brands • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role • Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • Mastery of Figma, including components, variants, and auto layout • Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Suite, and Slack • Strong knowledge and experience in visual design, user-centered experience design, interaction design, and brand development • Experience developing and maintaining a robust design system • Ability to provide strategic vision and creative inspiration to large, diverse teams • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills • Ability to clearly articulate complex information to clients and internal stakeholders • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable navigating complex organizations • Strategic problem-solving and process-efficiency capabilities • Authorization to work in the U.S. required, as DEPT® participates in E-Verify
