📋 Description
• Lead and supervise a team of designers and drafters in the preparation of electrical and control system drawings • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple engineering projects • Oversee design documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements • Develop and review electrical and instrumentation design packages, layouts, and schematics • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and field teams to ensure design integrity and constructability
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in electrical, instrumentation, or controls design within nuclear or heavy industrial sector • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline preferred • Proficiency in MicroStation and/or AutoCAD for design and drafting • Strong understanding of design principles, codes, and regulatory standards • Experience managing multidisciplinary projects and technical teams • Working knowledge of ASME, NQA-1, and other relevant industry quality programs
