📋 Description

• Lead hands-on training for maintenance teams repairing and maintaining automated conveyor systems • Train Operations teams on system components and functions • Build manuals and presentations to support system training • Translate safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance manuals, and procedures into training plans • Organize supporting documentation • Communicate with Maintenance and Operations teams to ensure contract requirements are met • Track completed trainings and gather feedback to improve quality • Identify additional customer support needs and schedule remedial training, including coordinating billing • Travel up to 50 percent to customer and vendor sites to deliver and receive training

🎯 Requirements

• At least two years of experience maintaining PLC automated conveyor systems • Understanding of high and low voltage electrical systems • Ability to build structured content with clear goals and outcomes • Confidence presenting technical information and helping teams understand it • Flexibility and willingness to support customers on weekends when needed • Strong customer service instincts • Ability to listen, collaborate, and build trust • Organization and calm while balancing shifting priorities and evolving schedules • Willingness to travel up to 50 percent to customer and vendor sites • Willingness to work in Franklin, TN or remotely
