📋 Description

• Prepare premium quotes and issue insurance contracts • Assess the specific needs of each member and client • Support clients in choosing appropriate insurance coverage • Promote personalized insurance services • Follow up on files • Analyze renewals requiring special underwriting • Correct contracts as needed • Take First Notice of Loss (FNOL) calls from clients after accidents or property damage • Assess clients’ mental and physical state and react accordingly • Record detailed loss information to create claims files for Claims Advisors • Reassure clients during their time of need

🎯 Requirements

• College diploma preferred • A minimum of two years of strong client service experience • Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered • Ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage • Ability to analyze renewals requiring special underwriting • Active listening and analytical, probing approach for claims reporting • Ability to document detailed loss information accurately • Ability to respond with care, empathy, and calm demeanour
