📋 Description

• Lead a team of field technicians/engineers to commission large Eos energy systems • Organize and oversee the day-to-day workflow operations • Ensure Preventative Maintenance is completed • Provide guidance and direction with respect to project quality and safety requirements • Act as onsite point of contact for customers and service partners • Mentor field service engineers and technicians

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field of study required • Bachelor's degree preferred • 7 years' experience in energy storage service and operations required • Certifications in Forklift/Boomlift/Scissor lift (can be acquired through Eos) • Certification in Construction Safety (OSHA-10) (can be acquired through Eos) • Knowledge of AC/DC Electrical systems and controls • Excellent use of electrical voltage meters and electrical testing equipment • Expert knowledge of mechanical and electrical schematics • Medium Voltage/Substation experience is a plus
