• Lead a team of field technicians/engineers to commission large Eos energy systems. • Organize and oversee the day-to-day workflow operations. • Support material management activities for all site activities. • Provide guidance and direction with respect to the project quality and safety requirements. • Ensure Preventative Maintenance is completed on Eos energy systems, independently or leading teams. • On-site Point of Contact for customers, service partners, etc. • Field escalation path for solving complex problems. • Develop detailed knowledge of Eos’ commercial products and third-party products sold by Eos.
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field of study required. • Bachelor's degree preferred. • 7 years' experience in energy storage service and operations required. • Certifications in Forklift/Boomlift/Scissor lift (can be acquired through Eos). • Certification in Construction Safety (OSHA-10) (can be acquired through Eos).
• Employee may be subject to hazards. • Includes a variety of physical conditions, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, vibration, moving vehicles, electrical current, exposure to temperature changes or exposure to chemicals. • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, odors, dust, mists, and gases. • The noise level in the work environment can be loud.
