📋 Description

• Write realistic software engineering tasks involving repository changes, fixes, patches, and cleanup • Write precise instructions, test cases, and expected outputs with exactly one correct interpretation • Run frontier models against tasks and evaluate responses using rigorous functional and logical standards • Help build out RL environments for languages outside Python • Produce challenging but scrupulously unambiguous tasks based on real engineering work

🎯 Requirements

• Real engineering depth from shipping and maintaining production systems • Strong Python experience, or substantial expertise in another programming language such as Java, C++, or COBOL with a good reason not to use Python • Intellectual honesty, including acknowledging uncertainty and raising problems while they are fixable • Clear written English • Helpful but not required: prior work on AI data platforms such as Outlier, Alignerr, Scale, Surge, or similar RL and data-annotation workflows • Helpful but not required: experience across several codebases, stacks, or domains
