📋 Description

• Build and deploy digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as Meta, YouTube, Search, and more • Coordinate with external ad vendors • Collaborate with our creative team to produce beautiful marketing materials that advance the Devoted brand and generate successful results • Ensure 100% compliant, error free marketing materials • Use Monday.com to manage creative requests with our in house video, design, copy, and compliance teams • Leverage Looker and google sheets to track channel performance

🎯 Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing analytics, or marketing operations • Previous experience managing paid media campaigns and knowledge of the mar-tech ecosystem (ex: Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Hubspot, Google Tag Manager) • Working knowledge on digital marketing measurement and optimization strategies and tools such as A/B testing, attribution models, tracking pixels. • Experience with project management tools (ex: Monday.com or Asana) • An extremely keen eye for detail and the ability to keep multiple projects organized and moving forward on schedule • Persistence in problem-solving; willing to “try things out” and iterate to find solutions • Flexible and willing to adapt approach based on performance and business goals • Proactive, self-motivated learner who enjoys honing their craft and becoming better each day • Collaborative team player, ability to work well with others, excellent communication
