📋 Description
• Deliver primary care within an interdisciplinary team, ensuring effective, patient-centered care. • Provide supervision, teaching and quality oversight to a team of Advanced Practice Providers. • Drive innovation and process improvement to enhance the delivery of primary care services. • Build new quality measures, manage quality oversight for your pod, and help us iterate on our balanced scorecard for primary care.
🎯 Requirements
• A board-certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician with demonstrated commitment to primary care • Experience serving diverse patient populations, with a focus on delivering care that aligns with our mission to treat every member like family. • Experience supervising Advanced Practice Providers or other healthcare professionals is highly desired, though recent graduates are welcome to apply. • Proven ability to manage change and drive innovation in a dynamic healthcare environment and/or run a clinical program is desired. • Experience with virtual primary care is a plus but not required.
