📋 Description

• Partner with the Treasury Director to lead treasury and cash management activities across operating, regulated, and clinical entities • Build treasury infrastructure for international and commercial expansion, including in-country account structures, multi-currency cash management, and banking and payment rails • Manage the debt portfolio and covenant compliance calendar, including revolver, letters of credit, surety bonds, covenant calculations, lender reporting, and debt documentation • Drive daily cash positioning, liquidity, and forecasting across all entities • Manage capital flows and short-term investments, including intercompany funding, capital contributions, dividend planning, and excess cash investments • Lead treasury controls, audit, and policy administration, including ICFR activities, investment concentration risk monitoring, financial statement footnotes, disclosures, and treasury policies • Own the Kyriba Treasury Management System and implement new modules while maintaining IT and general controls • Serve as banking and payments subject matter expert and lead cross-functional treasury projects • Develop staff and potentially manage a team as the function scales • Manage banking partners, payment processors, custodians, and technology vendors, including pricing negotiation, service reviews, and bank fee analysis • Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Legal, Compliance, Claims, and clinical and provider organizations

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive cash management and treasury operations experience • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) accreditation required • Prior team lead or people management experience • International treasury experience, including multi-currency cash management, cross-border funding, FX exposure management, and in-country bank account structures • Experience supporting commercial lines of business • Healthcare or insurance background with Medicare Advantage and statutory/regulated entity familiarity • Treasury Management Systems experience, including Kyriba • BAI2 / ISO 20022 file formats required • NetSuite or comparable general ledger software experience • General knowledge of AI tools to automate treasury processes required • Hands-on debt compliance and management experience covering credit agreements, covenant and borrowing reporting, and lender relationship management • ACH and NACHA rules experience required • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership, auditors, regulators, and external partners • Advanced spreadsheet proficiency and strong general computer skills required • Investment knowledge preferred • MBA preferred
