📋 Description

• Own delivery of the CEO’s cross-departmental initiatives end to end, including ownership, timelines, success criteria, and on-time delivery • Drive multi-department operational initiatives involving international expansion and compliance, insurance and benefits programs, IT and infrastructure, office setup, policy design, and AI adoption • Partner with Production, Finance, Legal, BD, Team Success, IT, and Recruitment leadership to align priorities and deliver shared commitments • Maintain proactive reporting on operational initiatives, including status, decisions, and milestones • Directly manage Team Success, IT, and Recruitment, setting direction, developing team leads, and driving performance and culture • Set and manage operational KPIs, staffing, organizational structure, and cross-company integration for each function • Support Team Success with culture, engagement, team lifecycle processes, and performance frameworks • Support IT with infrastructure, cybersecurity, hardware and software provisioning, and scalable support • Support Recruitment with company-wide hiring plans, candidate experience, and hiring speed • Own operational governance and international compliance across geographies, including employment structures, contractor frameworks, tax, and legal alignment • Build dashboards, reporting cadences, quarterly business reviews, operational rhythms, systems, standards, and scalable infrastructure • Champion AI integration across hiring, IT support, compliance automation, reporting, and knowledge management • Evaluate AI capabilities, partner with technical leadership on adoption programs, and model AI-forward operating habits

🎯 Requirements

• 8–15 years of operational leadership at a services, co-development, or growth-stage technology company • Track record of driving major cross-functional programs to completion in fast-moving environments • Experience running Team Success (HR), IT, and Recruitment functions, or a subset, with people-management accountability • Strong alignment experience across Legal, Finance, HR, IT, and Production • International operations experience covering employment structures, contractor compliance, and multi-country frameworks • Active use of AI tools in operational work and track record of introducing them to teams • Strong operational reporting habits and clear executive communication • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth services business
