• Develop and provide students with an approved course syllabus. • Organize, prepare, and regularly revise course materials. • Model effective oral and written communications that engage students. • Set clear expectations for the course and ensure alignment with course objectives. • Provide timely feedback to students and grade exams fairly. • Integrate responsible use of AI technologies in the classroom. • Complete other duties as assigned.
• A doctorate in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field is required. • At least 18 graduate credit hours in information systems, information technology, systems analysis, database management, or related computing disciplines. • Three to five years of applied professional experience in information systems, enterprise systems management, IT operations, systems analysis, or technology implementation within organizational environments. • Demonstrated experience with information systems design, implementation, and management. • Industry-recognized certifications or professional credentials relevant to information systems, IT management, or systems analysis. • Strong subject matter expertise in information systems concepts. • Knowledge of information governance, cybersecurity principles, and ethical technology use within organizational contexts.
