• Develops and provides students with an approved syllabus • Organizes, prepares, and revises course materials • Uses technological options for online technologies and course-related software • Models effective communications that engage students • Sets clear expectations for the course • Ensures the content and level of material included on exams correspond to terminal objectives • Demonstrates consistency and fairness in grading exams and providing feedback • Embraces responsible use of AI technologies in the classroom • Completes other duties as assigned
🎯 Requirements
• Master's degree in biostatistics, epidemiology, or healthcare-related field • Minimum 5 years applying statistical methods to healthcare data • Expertise in data visualization, regression analysis, survival analysis, and longitudinal data methods • Experience with healthcare-specific statistical challenges • Knowledge of regulatory requirements for healthcare research • Commitment to ongoing professional development
