📋 Description

• Assist in planning, creating, and executing content across social media platforms, company blogs, and email communications • Support the development of engaging posts, graphics, and digital assets using tools such as Canva • Help manage and update social media channels to increase engagement and strengthen DeWinter’s online presence • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all content and communications • Assist with tracking and analyzing social media performance and engagement metrics • Provide planning and administrative support for company gatherings • Assist with event timelines, project plans, logistics, scheduling, and coordination efforts • Support communication with vendors, event partners, and internal stakeholders • Help coordinate office events, employee engagement initiatives, and volunteer activities • Participate in local events and community initiatives if located near a DeWinter office in Boston or the Bay Area • Assist with maintaining marketing calendars, project trackers, and campaign timelines • Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business, or a related field • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail • Creative mindset with an interest in content creation, social media, and branding • Experience or familiarity with Canva, social media platforms, or digital marketing tools preferred • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members across different departments • Interest in learning about marketing within a professional services or recruiting organization
