📋 Description

• You will lead the software engineering organization responsible for Dexcom’s Clinical Applications portfolio • You will establish a product-based development model with aligned cross-functional teams focused on end-to-end ownership • You will lead engineering teams operating within a Product Operating Model with end-to-end ownership and accountability for customer outcomes • You will drive modern engineering practices including CI/CD pipelines, AI-Assisted development workflows, automated testing, integrated quality engineering, and reliable software delivery at scale • You will ensure test, quality, and verification considerations are incorporated early in the product development lifecycle to improve product reliability and release confidence • You will partner with architecture and platform teams to develop scalable, intelligent software solutions leveraging modern cloud and AI-enabled technologies where appropriate.

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 17+ years of industry experience • Requires a degree in a technical discipline • 13+ years of successful management experience in relevant industry • Deep experience leading software engineering organizations delivering mobile, cloud, and connected healthcare applications at scale • Strong technical depth across modern software architecture, cloud platforms, application development, APIs, and software quality practices • Experience driving transformation toward modern software engineering practices including CI/CD, automated quality frameworks, and integrated product team delivery models • Experience incorporating AI-enabled capabilities, intelligent tooling, or data-driven automation into software products or development workflows.
