📋 Description

• Lead Dexcom’s consumer software application portfolio, including strategy, development, delivery, and lifecycle management • Report to the Head of Software • Build and lead high-performing cross-functional software teams within a Product Operating Model • Establish clear ownership of product outcomes, software quality, reliability, and delivery execution • Develop scalable organizational structures and engineering capabilities • Lead engineering teams with end-to-end ownership and accountability for customer outcomes • Drive CI/CD pipelines, AI-assisted development workflows, automated testing, integrated quality engineering, and reliable software delivery at scale • Partner with architecture and platform leaders on modern cloud, data, and AI-enabled capabilities for future product experiences

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 17+ years of industry experience • Degree in a technical discipline • 13+ years of successful management experience in relevant industry • Extensive experience leading large-scale software engineering organizations delivering consumer software products • Deep expertise across mobile applications, cloud-native architectures, APIs, digital ecosystems, and modern software delivery practices • Demonstrated success delivering highly available, high-quality software to large user populations • Experience integrating AI-enabled capabilities, intelligent automation, or advanced analytics into customer-facing products or engineering workflows • Willingness to travel 15–25%
