📋 Description

• Build and maintain Dayforce reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics solutions • Develop SQL queries to analyze, validate, and troubleshoot HR and payroll data • Support employee data migration, reconciliation, and reporting readiness for Dayforce • Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to deliver meaningful workforce insights • Support testing, go-live activities, and post-implementation stabilization • Develop Power BI dashboards and reporting standards to support business decision-making • Translate reporting requirements into dependable technical solutions • Validate data and resolve data-related issues during implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced Dayforce reporting experience, including custom report development • Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets • Experience with HR, payroll, workforce management, or HCM data • Power BI and advanced Excel expertise • Experience supporting HR technology, payroll, or HCM implementations • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
