📋 Description
• Enter and maintain accurate financial data and records • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes • Reconcile bank statements, transactions, and invoices • Organize and maintain financial documentation • Support month-end and year-end closing processes • Use Microsoft Excel and accounting software for tracking and reporting • Collaborate with team members using remote communication tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom) • Perform additional administrative and accounting-related tasks as needed
🎯 Requirements
• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • Basic knowledge of accounting principles • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Preferred: Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) • Previous internship, coursework, or bookkeeping experience
