📋 Description

• Install, debug, and provide technical maintenance for ATMs, retail, and other equipment within an assigned customer and/or product area. • Perform incident handling, preventive maintenance, IMAC/R, and customer training. • Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot hardware and software failures. • Perform component-level hardware repairs. • Clean and adjust mechanical components. • Configure and install applicable software. • Perform routine preventive-maintenance checks and refill consumables. • Install, move, add, change, and remove hardware and software products. • Instruct and train customers on installed hardware and software usage and operation. • Receive incident briefings and orders from dispatch and report unforeseen issues. • Provide detailed briefings on completed activities and proactively inform customers about status, progress, and outcomes. • Identify technical or process problems and recommend improvements. • Use corporate tools and processes for knowledge sharing and information gathering.

🎯 Requirements

• Education or equivalent work experience required. • Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Field Service. • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Driver's license and driving record that satisfies DN's fleet requirements.
