📋 Description

• Manage a dedicated customer portfolio and build long-term customer relationships • Conduct regular business reviews and calls to drive performance improvements • Advise customers on software features and their applications • Respond to technical questions in writing and by phone • Proactively identify growth opportunities to increase customer sales • Analyze sales trends, funnels, and performance data • Monitor potential revenue declines and analyze their causes • Develop solutions and optimization measures for customers’ businesses • Manage bug reports and feature requests • Maintain customer relationships at VIP customer events, business lunches, and trade fairs • Analyze and optimize sales funnels • Support customers with technical issues, APIs, upsell flows, and split tests • Conduct business review and check-in calls • Advise customers on Digistore24 features that can increase revenue and support them with setup • Review product approval processes and coordinate with the Product Approval Team • Accompany international VIP customers at customer events

🎯 Requirements

• At least two years of experience in account management • At least one year of professional experience in a technical environment • Confident presence and the ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels • Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented approach to conflict resolution • Fluent German (C2) and English (at least B2), both written and spoken • Ability to communicate complex topics clearly, both verbally and in writing • Structured, reliable, and self-directed working style • Strong prioritization and planning skills • Willingness to continuously learn about new topics and current trends • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus • Experience in online marketing is a plus
