📋 Description

• Support the implementation and optimization of digital business solutions for clients across multiple industries • Collaborate with the implementation and consulting team on client projects • Work on Zoho CRM and Zoho One implementations • Manage workflow automation and business process optimization • Handle third-party integrations and middleware tools • Assist with client onboarding and system setup • Troubleshoot and support • Document processes and ensure quality assurance

• Strong computer and digital skills • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies • Good communication and problem-solving skills • Organized and detail-oriented • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Interest in automation, SaaS platforms, and digital operations • Familiarity with Zoho applications • Experience with CRM systems or automation tools • Basic understanding of APIs or integrations • Experience with project coordination or customer support • Background in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related fields
