digitaleheimat GmbH is a Berlin-based digital agency founded in 2011 that provides full-service online marketing and web development for business clients. They offer SEO, SEA (Google/Microsoft Ads), social media marketing, conversion optimization, online strategy and mentoring, plus programming and hosting using platforms like WordPress, Shopware and Shopify. With around 15 staff across two locations, they serve B2B and e‑commerce customers, run high-traffic sites and handle campaigns, technical implementation and ongoing optimization for clients across industries.

📋 Description

• You will support our team in planning, implementing and optimizing performance campaigns – primarily in the Google and Microsoft search engines. • Main use cases: lead generation and Shopping ads. • You will competently manage and advise our clients and work closely with our various specialist teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads (agency or in-house) • Proven success in campaign optimization (please bring concrete examples if possible) • Confident use of GA4, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console • Experience with Microsoft Advertising is an advantage • Very good German (C1/C2) and good English (at least B2) • Confident use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) to increase efficiency; experience with AI automation workflows is desirable • Structured, self-organized working style and proactive communication with clients • Google Ads certification: nice to have, not mandatory
