🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive benefits experience within global tech companies • Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar benefits budgets • Expertise across US, Canada, Europe, India, and Pakistan • Advanced analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets • Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation or progress toward it is preferred
