📋 Description

• Evolve and execute DO’s global benefits strategy • Perform regular utilization and cost analyses for healthcare spending • Partner with international brokers and vendors for renewals • Optimize global leave management • Lead global open enrollment strategies • Collaborate with Legal, Payroll, and Finance teams for compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive benefits experience within global, fast-scaling, publicly traded tech companies • Specific expertise across the US, Canada, Europe, India, and Pakistan • Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar benefits budgets • Advanced analytical skills in Excel/Google Sheets • Exceptional communication skills • Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation (or progress toward it) is preferred
