• 8+ years of progressive benefits experience within global, fast-scaling, publicly traded tech companies • Expertise across the US, Canada, Europe, India, and Pakistan • Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar benefits budgets • Evaluation of funding arrangements (including full to self-funded models) • Expert command of Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex logic formulas, xlookup/vlookup, data modeling) • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex plan mechanics • Proactive mindset with appetite for process efficiency and automation • Preferred: Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation and experience with Workday Benefits
