📋 Description

• Evolve and execute DO’s global benefits strategy to provide market-competitive offerings • Perform regular utilization and cost analyses to proactively manage healthcare spend • Partner with international brokers and vendors to negotiate competitive renewals • Optimize global leave of absence and accommodation management • Lead global open enrollment strategies and communication campaigns • Collaborate with Legal, Payroll, and Finance teams to maintain compliance with international labor laws

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive benefits experience within global, fast-scaling, publicly traded tech companies • Expertise across the US, Canada, Europe, India, and Pakistan • Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar benefits budgets • Evaluate medical funding arrangements (including transitioning from fully insured to self-funded models) • Expert command of Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex logic formulas, xlookup/vlookup, data modeling) • Exceptional communication skills
