📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to G&A leaders (CFO, CLO, CTO, COO), supporting budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation. • Build and maintain robust financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives. • Lead monthly reporting, variance analysis, and executive-level business reviews with clear, actionable insights. • Collaborate with Accounting on the month-end close process and ensure accurate, timely flux analysis. • Design and implement scalable, repeatable financial processes to support our growth trajectory. • Partner cross-functionally with other FP&A teams to ensure alignment in financial planning and strategy. • Contribute to the development of long-range plans and the annual operating plan across G&A functions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, financial analysis, or business partnering. • Background in high-growth public companies, SaaS, REITs (especially Data Centers), or multinational environments preferred. • Strong operational mindset with a passion for process improvement, efficiency, and scalability. • Problem-solver with a high degree of intellectual curiosity and a knack for translating data into actionable insights. • Clear and confident communicator who can tailor messaging for both technical and executive audiences. • Ability to operate at all levels—comfortable zooming into detail while engaging in strategic discussions. • Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, highly self-driven with strong prioritization skills. • Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI). • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s in Finance/Accounting is a plus but not mandatory.
