• collaborate with clients through proactive management of workers' compensation claims • maintain and develop positive client relationships by providing exceptional service • coach employers to refine their claims reporting process • build Stay at/Return to Work programs • influence Case Managers to progress complex or stalling files • seek out cost relief opportunities • educate workers and employers on their responsibilities under the WCB Act • assist workers and employers to develop return to work plans • liaise with the provincial Workers’ Compensation Boards
• Post-secondary education in human resources, psychology, social work, kinesiology, or a related discipline • 2–3 years of experience in customer service or a related field • Good understanding of WCB policy and practices is an asset but not required • Experience with WSIB is considered an asset • Experience in disability management or return to work is an asset but not required • Well-developed communication, analytical, and multitasking skills
