📋 Description

• Own product roadmap planning and delivery • Translate company business objectives into an actionable product strategy and roadmap • Prioritize features, enhancements, and new market opportunities using data-driven, customer-centric frameworks • Conduct continuous competitive analysis and user research • Work closely with Engineering and Operations to translate market needs and client feedback into product direction • Lead the full product lifecycle: discovery, prioritization, requirements, launch, and post-launch iteration • Write product requirements, define user personas, design basic wireframes, and validate features • Partner with Sales and Marketing to coordinate product launches, refine pricing models, and enable customer-facing teams • Implement product management processes and data analytics tracking • Communicate the roadmap internally and externally • Foster a culture of rapid experimentation, product thinking, and customer value • Report directly to the Chief Technology Officer

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience • Track record of shipping products or features that moved key business metrics • Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data to inform decisions and measuring impact • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to align stakeholders at all levels • Experience partnering directly with engineering in an agile environment • Sound judgment on prioritization and scope trade-offs under time and resource constraints • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment • 5+ years of GLAM sector experience (galleries, libraries, archives, museums) • Background in higher education and research, scholarly publishing, digital preservation or content management, and government or public-sector areas • Proficiency in Google Workspace • Familiarity with JIRA
