📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end project delivery activities for mid-to-large scale initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational timelines • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts • Facilitate project and Steering Committee meetings, communicate progress, and escalate issues when necessary • Identify and coordinate dependencies, risks, and issues through proactive mitigation • Partner with business and IT teams to translate logistics and operational requirements into actionable deliverables • Coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution • Develop processes where applicable and maintain project documentation, RAID logs, SharePoint document repositories, meeting agendas and minutes, and status reports • Contribute to Project Management Office process improvements, standards, and templates • Build project dashboards in Smartsheet that roll up to portfolio management

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of demonstrable Project Management experience • Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field • Previous hands-on experience coordinating, managing, and supporting project delivery, preferably in service supply chain logistics or related industries • Experience coordinating cross-functional or enterprise-level projects, supporting execution across multiple teams • Strong knowledge of Agile, SAFe, and traditional (Waterfall) methodologies, with the ability to support hybrid project environments when appropriate • PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification preferred • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder coordination skills • Demonstrated commitment to supporting project execution, team collaboration, and delivery excellence • High proficiency in project management tools, including Smartsheet, Jira, Power BI, and MS Project • Must have the current and continuing right to work in the United States without restrictions or expirations
