📋 Description

• Own design end-to-end for a core area of Dispatch’s platform, focusing on custodian and data workflows • Define high-impact product experiences from problem decomposition and discovery through requirements, workflows, and high-fidelity designs • Design complex, data-dense UX for financial advisors and their support teams • Integrate new capabilities into existing workflows to maintain product coherence and scalability • Collaborate closely with engineering and product management through iterative prototyping and implementation guidance • Grow and advocate for design as a function at Dispatch • Build foundational design-practice structures, starting with the design system

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, UX, or HCI • Proven ability to execute high-craft, technically informed solutions • Track record of shipping complex work end-to-end • Portfolio demonstrating ownership from discovery through shipped features on real products with real constraints • Experience designing complex, data-dense interfaces or workflow tools • Meaningful contribution to a design system, including owned, maintained, and championed components, patterns, or documentation • Experience planning and running research and usability testing and applying findings to design decisions • Ability to communicate the rationale behind design decisions and navigate complex requirements across engineering, product, and business • Comfort operating in ambiguity with a proactive problem-solving approach • Experience in fintech, wealth management, enterprise, or regulated industries is an advantage • Familiarity with front-end coding and front-end implementation • Workshop facilitation skills • Experience designing AI-native surfaces, including human-in-the-loop flows, review-and-approve patterns, and confidence or uncertainty states, is an advantage • Experience adopting new tools and methods for designing and building • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Must answer whether future immigration-related employment sponsorship will be required
