• Serve as the collaborating physician for Nurse Practitioners under state-specific collaboration agreements • Conduct required chart reviews to ensure quality and regulatory compliance • Provide clinical guidance and consultation to Nurse Practitioners as needed • Participate in periodic meetings with clinical leadership • Review documentation and maintain accurate records within the EHR • Escalate clinical or compliance concerns when appropriate • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, telehealth regulations, and state collaborative practice laws
🎯 Requirements
• MD or DO from an accredited medical school • Active, unrestricted medical license • Active DEA Registration • Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) • Board Certification in an applicable specialty • Active Malpractice Insurance • Knowledge of Nurse Practitioner collaborative practice regulations • Reliable internet connection for remote collaboration • Ability to provide timely consultation and physician oversight
