📋 Description

• Prepare and file family-based and employment-based immigration petitions and applications • Handle Adjustment of Status, Naturalization/Citizenship, NACARA, TPS, Asylum, waivers, immigrant and non-immigrant visas, PERM, EB-5, and H-1B matters • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and regulations • Communicate with clients to gather documentation and provide updates • Prepare for and represent clients in interviews or appointments before USCIS, ICE, CBP, and Immigration Courts • Make non-litigation appearances before Immigration Courts

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in immigration law • J.D. from an accredited law school • Active bar license in Virginia or Maryland, in good standing • Technologically proficient • Experience with immigration law platforms and case management systems • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage case deadlines • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Bilingual skills, especially Spanish, are a plus but not required
