📋 Description

• Conduct virtual patient evaluations and assessments • Diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans • Prescribe medications (including controlled substances where permitted) • Manage patients within Weight Management and TRT/HRT service lines • Review and interpret laboratory and diagnostic results • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR • Collaborate with Medical Directors when required by state regulations • Participate in patient follow-up and continuity of care • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and telehealth regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Required MSN or DNP from an accredited program • Active Nurse Practitioner license • Current DEA Registration • Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) • National Board Certification (AANP, ANCC, or equivalent) • Professional Liability (Malpractice) Insurance • Current BLS/CPR Certification • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment • Strong clinical documentation and EHR experience • Highly Preferred ⭐ Active licenses in multiple U.S. states ⭐ Experience providing telehealth services ⭐ Experience with: Weight Management GLP-1 Therapy Men's Health Women's Health TRT/HRT ⭐ Familiarity with multi-state telehealth regulations
