📋 Description

• Own member growth and the prioritized backlog that moves it • Build the measurement framework used to size and evaluate growth bets • Navigate acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation, and referral funnels • Conduct experiments end to end, including hypothesis formation, instrumentation, analysis, iteration, and stopping decisions • Use AI tooling to accelerate ideas into shipped experiments • Keep the executive team informed about activities, rationale, and trade-offs • Learn from leading consumer growth teams and apply relevant practices • Help PMs and marketers identify and remove growth blockers • Use artist tools and promotional assets to build organic and viral growth loops • Direct a small cross-functional team with a staff marketing engineer across product, marketing, data, and design • Shape and prioritize a unified growth backlog and tie experiments to the product roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product or growth • 3+ years owning a subscriber, revenue, or retention KPI at a scaled consumer or self-serve software company • Conduct experiments at scale, pull your own data, and distinguish real results from noise • Experience using AI tools to achieve growth or productivity gains • Ability to turn rough ideas into executable plans • Ability to form and update a clear view of opportunities based on data • Ability to simplify and clearly explain complicated topics and trade-offs • Familiarity with lifecycle and martech tooling is a bonus, but not required • Experience designing and enhancing personalized surfaces is a bonus, but not required • Candidates must be able to work without visa, work permit, or program sponsorship; sponsorship is not available
