• own the financial engine of the company • manage three-statement operating model • own revenue and cash forecasting • manage and operate Ditto's Financial OS • partner with VP Finance on capital-raise processes • produce board reporting and administer commission design
🎯 Requirements
• 8–12 years in FP&A / corporate finance • experience in high-growth settings • AI fluency • hands-on with planning systems • strong IC with management experience • ability to manage financial model and cadence
