• Support clients and the security of criminal justice information • Attend project development meetings and client project meetings • Communicate directly with local agencies around the country • Answer compliance and audit-related questions • Configure and support client and agency audit accounts • Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the FBI’s CJIS Security Policy • Develop project work plans and coordinate audit schedules • Communicate with agencies regarding upcoming audits • Assign, review, and follow up with Non-Criminal Justice Agency Audits • Organize and review client documentation to verify compliance with the CJIS Security Policy • Analyze existing client policies for compliance and areas of improvement • Write audit and compliance reports for clients
• Confident and professional communicator with excellent written and verbal skills • Avid and fast reader • Enjoy thinking through processes and creating flow diagrams • Interest in making a positive impact on public safety and law enforcement • Organized, detail-oriented, and tenacious • Team player who enjoys interfacing with numerous departments • Able to maintain client and data confidentiality • Able to confidently pass rigorous fingerprint-based state and federal background screenings, as required by the nationwide agencies worked with (mandatory) • Currently reside in one of these states: FL, GA, KS, KY, MO, NC, NJ, NY, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA • Do not require sponsorship to work in the U.S.; sponsorship is not available for this position • Updated resume as a PDF document and cover letter • Contact information for three professional references
