β’ Partner with the Product Owner and Program Manager to manage agile project tracking, ensuring the project plan remains current and proactively identifying potential delivery risks. β’ Maintain the PXM portfolio tracker and integrated roadmap. β’ Track milestones, schedules, dependencies, and project status across all PXM workstreams. β’ Identify emerging risks, resource constraints, and delivery concerns. β’ Attend cross-functional virtual meetings to gather project steps, document dependencies, and build a comprehensive, integrated project plan. β’ Collaborate with Engineering, Product, DPM, Brand, and external partners to gather updates and align priorities. β’ Facilitate working sessions, status reviews, and dependency discussions across teams. β’ Ensure ownership and accountability are clearly defined for all tracked initiatives. β’ Prepare executive-level status reports and portfolio summaries. β’ Maintain risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions (RAID) logs. β’ Develop PowerPoint presentations and leadership-ready communications. β’ Define and improve portfolio management processes, governance models, and reporting standards. β’ Establish repeatable methods for intake, triage, prioritization, and status tracking. β’ Maintain project plans and reporting artifacts in Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Excel, Power BI, and other portfolio management tools as needed.
β’ 5-7 years of experience required. β’ No degree required; High School Diploma or equivalent. β’ Technical Program or Project Management experience supporting multiple concurrent initiatives. β’ Strong experience building and maintaining integrated project plans, roadmaps, and milestone schedules. β’ Experience with Azure DevOps for work tracking, reporting, and delivery visibility. β’ Experience with Microsoft Project for schedule management and dependency tracking. β’ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for portfolio management and reporting. β’ Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills with the ability to create executive-ready presentations and communications. β’ Experience maintaining risk, issue, dependency, and decision (RAID) logs. β’ Experience supporting Digital, eCommerce, Product Information Management (PIM), Product Experience Management (PXM), Digital Asset Management (DAM), or Product Data initiatives (preferred). β’ Familiarity with Akeneo, Informatica P360, product content management, or related platforms (preferred). β’ Experience working within Agile delivery environments (preferred). β’ Exceptional organizational and planning skills with strong attention to detail. β’ Ability to bring structure, clarity, and visibility to complex programs with multiple stakeholders. β’ Strong verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level communications. β’ Ability to influence and drive accountability without direct authority. β’ Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills. β’ Ability to proactively identify risks, dependencies, and execution gaps. β’ Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities. β’ Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and consistency. β’ Comfortable operating in evolving environments with high levels of ambiguity. β’ Collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships across Engineering, Product, Brand, DPM, business teams, and external partners.
