📋 Description

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and clinical formulation • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions appropriate to setting and population • Deliver crisis intervention and safety planning as needed • Maintain timely, compliant, and clinically sound documentation • Collaborate within a team-based care model to support client outcomes • Provide therapy for adults with depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders on the Adult Counseling team • Deliver individual, couples, and group therapy • Provide therapy to children, adolescents, and families on the Youth & Family Counseling team • Complete diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and service recommendations for the Same Day Access Intake Team • Work across office, community, and outreach settings with diverse populations and diagnostic presentations

🎯 Requirements

• Active Colorado license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAC) in good standing • Experience in therapy, assessment, and/or crisis intervention • Strong clinical judgment and comfort working with varied acuity levels • Ability to work independently while contributing to team-based care • Licensed clinician qualified to practice at the top of their license • Full-time, exempt position; not eligible for overtime pay
