📋 Description

• Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, primarily leveraging OmniStudio and Flex Pages • Design solutions for grants management, case management, and constituent engagement aligned to Federal programs • Develop Apex classes and triggers, Lightning Components, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Flex Pages, and OmniStudio components • Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Salesforce OOB, LWC, OmniStudio, and Flex Pages • Implement dynamic layouts, data integration, and process automation within OmniStudio • Develop and customize Velocity templates for personalized content and communications • Test and debug OmniStudio and Flex Pages solutions for reliability and performance • Document technical designs, configurations, and customizations • Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators and other team members on Salesforce environment integration • Provide training and support to end users • Optimize implementations to meet evolving business needs • Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog with stakeholders • Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write and maintain test classes • Integrate and maintain business applications with Salesforce • Architect enterprise data integration and governance strategies • Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud and enterprise analytics platforms • Enable AI-driven capabilities using Salesforce Einstein and GenAI solutions • Support enterprise reporting, search, and performance monitoring initiatives • Serve as technical lead and trusted advisor to federal stakeholders and executives • Translate business, regulatory, and mission requirements into scalable technical solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field preferred • Salesforce product knowledge • At least 12+ years of Salesforce architecture and development experience • Proven experience delivering large-scale Salesforce implementations in complex environments • Strong experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, programming, Apex APIs, and OmniStudio • Strong experience working with Salesforce APIs • Experience implementing and developing in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce • Ability to solve high-level software and application issues • Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning Design System and the Salesforce development lifecycle • Ability to write, interpret, and critique technical specifications • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must possess or be eligible to obtain and successfully complete a Public Trust background investigation and/or Public Trust clearance • Must have GC/EAD/US citizenship status • Applicants may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
