📋 Description

• Provide feedback and recommendations on digital flyers, brochures, social media graphics, and other marketing materials • Review DMS websites and suggest improvements to layout, navigation, and overall user experience • Assist with creating or updating digital graphics and visual content • Review designs for consistency with DMS branding and visual standards • Provide input on website and digital content layouts • Assist with simple wireframes, mockups, or design concepts as needed • Collaborate with the communications and marketing team on digital projects • Stay familiar with current UI/UX and digital design trends

🎯 Requirements

• Basic knowledge of UI/UX and graphic design principles • Familiarity with Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar applications • Interest in website and digital design • Familiarity with WordPress for web development • Strong attention to detail and visual consistency • Creative ability to provide constructive design feedback • Good communication and collaboration skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Ability to work independently and take initiative • Portfolio or examples of design work preferred • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Web Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, or a related field
