• Develop and implement internal and external (client-facing) integrations • Manage project activities and execute integration tasks within planned scope and schedule • Work with internal and external teams to identify needs and develop comprehensive solutions • Assist with project requirements, scope, implementation plans, and timelines • Lead internal and client-facing integration initiatives through cross-functional teams • Coordinate subject matter experts, departments, and clients on business objectives and project requirements • Act as liaison between business and functional/technical teams • Maintain effective, well-documented project materials • Hold recurring internal and external project meetings and report status • Manage concurrent projects, timelines, deliverables, risks, and changing priorities • Create and disseminate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Assist with user training development and rollout • Respond to urgent branch support requirements • Evaluate business processes and identify operational improvement initiatives • Ensure compliance with DNOW policies, governmental legislation, quality and safety guidelines, personnel policies, and HSE employment practices • Represent DNOW ethically and perform other duties as required
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience • Knowledge of company deliverables and offerings • Strong strategic and tactical problem-solving skills with a solutions-driven approach • Display of leadership capabilities • Ability to establish confidence internally and within client’s organization and deliver against communicated expectations • Excellent verbal and written communication skills within all levels of an organization (internal and external) and the ability to work closely with various organizational levels • Ability to deliver results, prioritize tasks and adjust to changing priorities • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Project, Visio, Smartsheet, and Outlook • Prior SAP experience (preferred) or an understanding of ERP systems (and related technologies) • Project management experience (preferred) • Prior exposure to EDI interfaces and resultant benefits (preferred) • Strong organizational skills • Ability to perform within a continuous improvement culture • Strong ethical compliance standards • Ability to travel (at least 25%)
